We are seeking a Front Office Agent (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A-ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting.
Responsibilities
- You work in the early and late shift at reception (in exceptional cases also in the night shift).
- You ensure the best possible guest service within your department, taking into account special guests.
- You will familiarise new trainees and interns and be their first point of contact during the induction period.
- You actively support all processes at reception and take on general front office tasks
- You accept complaints and claims and are responsible for handling them confidentially.
- You are jointly responsible for compliance with credit guidelines.
- You inspire our guests with enthusiasm for the hotel's products and actively offer them.
- You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times
Requirements
- Completed training as a hotel specialist and / or relevant professional experience
- A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
- A high level of initiative and sales talent
- Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are also required (minimum B1)
- Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must
- Legal right to work in Italy
